This month we’re honored to highlight Chad Powell as our student spotlight. Chad graduated from Cohort #2 in January 2023 and is a valued member of our mastermind.
A few years ago, Chad longed for freedom—to travel, teach, serve others, and be fully present with his family and friends. But like many, he felt stuck and unsure how to get there. Around the same time, he began to notice that many of the small business owners he knew were also struggling to balance life and business, wearing many hats at one time.
This inspired Chad to launch Fuller Life Business Solutions, a digital marketing agency focused on helping others lead their life and business into peace through strategic coaching and marketing systems. The business offers local SEO, website development, social media management, and videography. Chad specializes in working with businesses looking to attract and connect with customers in their local communities. By helping businesses relieve the responsibility of these tasks vital to their success, Fuller Life Business Solutions promotes the wholistic health of business owners, empowering them to lead a life of peace.

Chad has founded his business on biblical truths and desires to glorify God in his work. Through the Purpose Beyond Profit Cohort, Chad was able to identify his customers’ true needs, their limiting beliefs, and how to bridge the gap between those things by creating relationships and freely giving resources to serve business owners as people, not just numbers or dollar signs.
