Say hello to our November Mastermind Student Spotlight, Lisa Schafer! Lisa is the founder of Christian Drama Queen Solutions, which she was able to start while in the PBP Biblical Business Cohort. Her mission is to help abused and abandoned women find the ability to forgive & develop gratitude for a painful past. If you know Lisa, you know she wears many hats — she also manages a commercial cleaning business of 30 years. 

While in the cohort, Lisa doubled the revenue of her commercial cleaning business, signed her first 3 coaching clients for Christian Drama Queen Solutions, and was invited to share her work to an audience of over 500,000 people. She continues to see growth in her business through the Mastermind as she hones in on her God-given calling to her business. She has recently finished writing her second Bible study and has gained mission partners along the way.

The story of Christian Drama Queen Solutions started in 2021, when God called Lisa out of her healthcare job. She wasn’t exactly sure why God had transitioned her, but she sensed it was time for her to step into a more direct role of sharing Jesus’ redeeming love with people. Finally, God prompted Lisa: How have you seen me redeem you the most? As a victim of abuse and abandonment as a child, Lisa knew what God wanted her to do next…and she began to write.

After a few chats with Jeremy, Lisa started to clearly see her calling as what she has coined a “Freedom Facilitator.” Through coaching, writing, speaking, and her podcast, Lisa has helped other women break the bondage of bitterness, forgive their abusers, and walk the path of freedom through God’s Word.

Lisa truly has a compassionate heart for other people. She is quick to give an encouraging word or piece of wisdom, and her joyful spirit plays a special role in our Mastermind. And, she is the most likely person to be making us laugh in our weekly calls! Lisa notes that being a part of the Mastermind has been a huge blessing and source of encouragement to her, plus provides the training and camaraderie to keep her on track in her misison.
