We’re excited to shoutout Lauren Ralston as our December Mastermind Spotlight! Lauren’s journey into entrepreneurship is a testament to faith and obedience. After nearly a decade serving in full-time vocational ministry, she felt God calling her to a new chapter—one where she could use her gifts to empower ministry leaders in a unique way. Stepping into the unknown, Lauren launched Ozark Ministry Consulting, a business centered on helping ministry leaders turn their vision into actionable, sustainable plans.
Lauren’s heart for serving others is at the core of her work. She partners with ministry leaders—from church staff to nonprofit organizations—to equip them with tools for strategic planning and focused discipleship. Her step-by-step approach helps leaders set clear goals and create customized plans, enabling them to move forward confidently in their God-given missions.
Her work fills a critical gap in the ministry world, offering support to leaders who often feel overwhelmed or unsure of their next steps. Lauren’s ability to combine her ministry background with strategic business principles allows her to help leaders build sustainable systems that honor their calling while preventing burnout.
Lauren recently graduated from Cohort #16 and is a part of our Mastermind. Through the cohort weekly coaching calls and personalized feedback, she gained clarity, built a strong framework for her business, and deepened her understanding of how to align her work with God’s purpose.
