We’re honored to recognize Sarah Kenady, founder of Risata Pacifica, as our Mastermind Spotlight for the month of April.
Sarah launched Risata Pacifica in early 2025 with a vision rooted in stewardship and peace. The name itself—Italian for “peaceful laughter”—captures the heart behind her work: helping business owners steward their resources well so they can experience a more joyful, peaceful daily life. After recognizing how stress, decision fatigue, and overwhelm often impact both profitability and effective stewardship, Sarah felt called to create a business that would alleviate those burdens and guide others toward healthier, more resilient ways of operating and stewarding their business.
Risata Pacifica is a consulting agency designed to support business owners in both financial and operational stewardship. Sarah intentionally keeps her agency small so she can provide high-quality, personalized service to each client. While she specializes in blue-collar home service businesses, her clients span a variety of industries, each with unique needs and challenges.
Her work includes Fractional CFO services, website creation, SEO, administrative support, and people management. She has also helped guide clients through complex transitions, such as moving from for-profit to nonprofit structures. In addition, Sarah is developing a suite of digital products—spreadsheets and dashboards—to help business owners with budgeting, sales tracking, and long-term planning. Through all of this, her mission remains the same: to help business owners lead healthier businesses through wise stewardship.

Sarah is a valued member of the Purpose Beyond Profit Mastermind, where she has gained clarity and direction in building Risata Pacifica. Through coaching and community, she has been able to more clearly define her mission and stay aligned with it as she grows.
